After approving the proposal, we proceed to the creation of your design concept, which typically takes around six weeks, depending on the project's scope. Starting with the development of a floor plan, we determine optimal sizes and visualize proposed modifications for furniture selection, space planning, or structural changes. Next, we define the design direction using vision boards, photorealistic renderings, and detailed drawings. This iterative process establishes a solid foundation before delving into finer details. Our comprehensive design concept outlines the specific materials and merchandise to be purchased. For larger projects involving collaboration with other professionals, the design documents include dimensioned diagrams, specifications, and photorealistic renderings necessary for execution.

Once your design concept is approved, our team moves into the detailed design and procurement phase—where every element of your space comes to life. During this stage, we specify and source all furnishings, décor, and construction materials, including fixtures, flooring, countertops, paint, furniture, lighting, window treatments, and cabinetry. We handle all purchasing and coordination through our trusted vendor partners to ensure quality, consistency, and timely delivery. This comprehensive phase ensures every detail aligns with the approved design vision, preparing your project for seamless construction and final installation. By managing every aspect from design detailing to procurement, we create a smooth, stress-free experience that transforms your home into a beautifully curated space.

Once every design detail is finalized and all materials are ordered, our team begins the installation and final styling phase—the exciting moment when your vision becomes reality. For renovation or new construction projects, we oversee the entire process and coordinate directly with your contractor to ensure a seamless execution. Rather than installing items in stages, we schedule a dedicated installation day (or several, depending on the project’s scale) to complete your space all at once, creating a stunning reveal.

As part of this final step, we offer an in-person styling session with professional tips and capture high-quality photographs of your beautifully completed space—perfect for showcasing your home’s transformation.
