To initiate the design process for your space, we begin by understanding your goals. Through an initial phone call, design questionnaire, and design consultation involving photos and measurements, we collaborate to refine the project's scope. It is crucial that you communicate your design preferences and provide all necessary information, such as inspiration photos, to ensure the best outcome. Rest assured, if you're unsure of your needs, we're here to assist you. Following this phase, we'll create a Project Proposal outlining the tasks, estimated timeframe, and prices, which we will present to you for approval.

After approving the proposal, we proceed to the creation of your design concept, which typically takes around six weeks depending on the project's scope. Starting with the development of a floor plan, we determine optimal sizes and visualize proposed modifications for furniture selection, space planning, or structural changes. Next, we define the design direction using vision boards, photorealistic renderings, and detailed drawings. This iterative process establishes a solid foundation before delving into finer details. Our comprehensive design concept outlines the specific materials and merchandise to be purchased. For larger projects involving collaboration with other professionals, the design documents include dimensioned diagrams, specifications, and photorealistic renderings necessary for execution.

Once the design concept is approved, we proceed to detail the design and provide finalized quotes for your approval. This involves specifying furnishing and décor items, as well as selecting construction materials that will bring the approved design to life. This comprehensive process includes sourcing and purchasing fixtures, flooring, slabs, paint, furniture, lighting, window treatments, cabinetry, and more. To ensure seamless execution, we take care of purchasing and arranging all materials associated with the design through our trusted vendor partners. Upon completing this phase, our team will be fully prepared to initiate construction and/or the final installation, if applicable.

Once all the details have been confirmed and all the necessary items have been ordered, our team will commence the execution of the installation and final styling. In the case of renovation or new construction projects, this entails overseeing the overall construction and coordinating with your contractor. Instead of conducting installations in separate stages as items arrive, we schedule a specific day or multiple days, depending on the project's scale, to carry out the complete installation. This approach allows our team to transform your space all at once, creating a captivating grand reveal.
